Afs system

My farming journey needs at least 1 tractor and id like to get one with the afs system so can anyone give me some recommendations? i'd also be willing to install the system myself if its doable as i dont mind getting my hands dirty

are you sure you really need a tractor with the afs system have you looked into the actual benefits and costs because from what i understand it might be overkill for a small farming operation and installing it yourself could be a huge hassle why not start with a basic model and see if you really need the advanced features before making a big investment

I think its totally doable if you're handy, you just need the right receiver, display, and maybe a steering motor.

Just make sure your tractor has closed center hydraulics! Then if you need help with software, you can list down here on the forum what your questions are and you might just get the help you need from pros, otherwise, you might need someone really good at tech to help.

i think you'd need factory installation for fully integrating afs!! you can start by checking with your local case ih dealer so they can give you the most accurate information on specific models and compatibility even with aftermarket options..
