I dealt with slow remotes on my 86-series during a cold snap a few years back. I thought it was a serious problem, but warming my shop and cycling the hydraulics slowly made a big difference.

I faced this issue last January with my loader tractor. The controls felt sticky, and I initially blamed the cold, but then I realized the fluid needed a change. Fresh oil and keeping it inside overnight really fixed the sluggishness. Winter always exposes vulnerabilities.
