Just installed a backup alarm on my skid steer after putting it off for years. Last month, I nearly backed into my truck while working near the barn. Best $40 I've spent no more checking behind me constantly

Picked up a set of quick-attach pallet forks this spring, and they’ve totally changed the game. I got them from a neighbor who retired along with some other gear. Moving lumber and feed pallets is so much easier now. I just wish I’d gotten these years ago!

I'm really grateful for the heated cab I got working on my old 580. The previous owner thought the heater was done for, but it just needed a new core and a good flush. I spent a weekend in October working on it with my brother-in-law, who's a diesel mechanic. Now, with winter here and snow removal in full swing, I’m not freezing anymore. Those early morning snow calls are actually manageable now! I only spent about $150 on parts definitely worth it.
