I am not sure where to drop this but is it just me, or is the Case Parts online site an absolute mess? It's confusing, hard to navigate, and finding parts feels impossible. Honestly, it's not even usable, even the dealership parts guys I've talked to are saying it's complete garbage.

You know, I really thought it was just me getting frustrated with technology. I wasted two hours trying to find a part for my 580N, the website kept glitching, the diagrams looked like they were made by kids, and the search results showed parts for a skid steer that I don't even have. Eventually, I threw in the towel and drove 40 minutes to the dealer… who just sighed and pulled out the exact part from memory. The whole experience felt like a digital wild goose chase.

I thought I was the only one who feels this way, glad that it's not just me. Honestly, for Case, the best online strategy is just to call your the dealership's parts counter directly
Give them your machine's full model and serial number. Their internal systems are usually better, and they can often find what you need way faster than you could online

@IHPower I had almost the same issue. Well it kinda makes me feel better knowing it's not an isolated problem for me because it might be a "me" problem if so. Searching for parts on there felt like falling into a black hole. I also ended up texting my dealer a photo and he had it ready next day, no stress.
