Chances are, you’ve got a few old manuals lying around, not out of necessity, but for the nostalgia they bring. They remind you of a job well done or a machine that’s had its fair share of adventures. Which manual do you hold onto the most?

I still hang on to the manual from my first chainsaw. It’s not exactly useful these days, but it takes me back to that first cut and all the blunders (and victories) that came with it. Some things are just too precious to toss aside

Can’t bear to part with the manual from my first truck it’s probably seen more wear and tear than the engine itself.
I don’t really need it now but the notes and reminders I jotted down in there bring back a flood of memories from that first rebuild.
