Plow vs. disc for Case IH your experience?

I'm trying to get my Case IH equipment just right. What do you think about plows vs. discs? Which one have you had success with?

Discs work faster and they're awesome at breaking up leftover stuff in the field. But, if you need to dig deep, plows are the way to go 'cause they really flip that dirt. I've found that using discs to get ready and plows to start fresh works really well.
