I'm trying to figure out how to get the most accurate application rates from my Case IH sprayer. What’s the process you follow for calibrating it? Also, do you have any tips to speed things up or make it more precise?

Okay, first things first, double-check your GPS speed. If that's off, nothing else will be right! Next, do a quick spray test using cups to see if your nozzles are spraying as expected. Compare what you collect to the flow charts. If you have it, use your controller's auto-cal feature. Oh, and once a year, peek at your nozzles and swap out any that seem worn out or are spraying unevenly

Nice breakdown. Keeping an eye on GPS speed and nozzle checks is essential, and the auto-cal function really helps enhance accuracy.
