When you have a new operator eager to dive in and a robust Case IH machine ready to go, how do you ensure they gain practical experience without any mishaps, all while prioritizing safety?

I ease them in. They start by watching, then do easy stuff. I learned that pushing too fast just makes people think they're ready before they actually are.

Newbies watch for a day, then get simple tasks. One guy jumped in too quick once. Nothing broke, but it was a wake-up call.

Keep it short and basic at first. I had a close call early on, so now I know slow training is better than trying to fix problems later.
