What have you done if the turkey wasn’t thawed on cooking day?

We had to keep ours in the sink with running cool water before popping it in the oven. It cooked up fine, but honestly, the whole Thanksgiving situation was a lot more chaotic than we had hoped for.

I once had that happen ended up smoking the turkey that was still half-frozen and believe it or not it turned out better than I expected!

Last year ours was still rock solid, so we chopped it into smaller pieces and roasted them one by one, it was a bit messy but it got dinner on the table.
