Good morning, I have a Cub 126 with a 421U1113 mower deck and would like to order the correct belts for the PTO drive and the deck itself. My local Cub dealer has closed and don't know what part to order on your site. Thanks

Have you reached out to other dealers to get the part number? I think that would be the safest way to get it right. Plus, some of them might be willing to ship it to you.

You'll want the main PTO belt that runs from the tractor to the deck, and the deck spindle belt that drives the blades. Usually, the PTO belt is longer and wider, and the deck belt is shorter. If you check the deck manual or measure the old belts, you can match the lengths and widths to get the correct replacements

If I am not mistaken, these are belt model numbers.

PTO drive belt - IH-473462-R4
Deck belt - IH-490489-R2

they are available at Cub Cadet. To make sure these are the belts, just check it using the model number. You should be able to confirm it on their website.
