Hey, I've been having a bit of trouble with my Powershift, it's been slipping and hesitating lately. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do to fix it or keep it from happening again?

Sounds like it could be low clutch pack pressure or a worn solenoid. I’d start by checking fluid levels and filter condition, then scan for fault codes, sometimes a bad sensor throws off shift timing.

Yes, absolutely been there! Slipping, shuddering, and hesitation (especially in low gears or when moving from a stop) are the classic signs of trouble with the Ford Powershift, particularly the DPS6/dry clutch version
like the comment above, replace the transmission filters. A partially clogged filter restricts the pump's ability to maintain the high pressure needed to fully engage the clutches, leading to slip and hesitation

I'd also first check the fluid level and condition. Change the fluid and filters immediately if it looks dark or smells burnt. Low fluid or dirty or burnt hydraulic transmission oil is the most frequent culprit for slipping. Also make sure to stick to genuine filters. If the fluid is good, the next step is checking the pressure readings at the test ports. Low main pressure points toward a possible internal issue like a worn clutch pack or a faulty regulator or dump valve. Don't run it hard until you diagnose it! What model tractor is this happening on?
