Case 2096 powershift problems need help

I have a case 2096 when In first speed powershift c1 c2 c3 Engaged at the same time witch boggs the moter 2nd,3rd ,reverse work fine I try a new circuit board changed nothing and check for bad wires any ideas ?

sounds like a hydraulic control issue. check the hydraulic oil & filter. make sure fluid levels are correct, and try to change a new filter and oil as cheap troubleshooting
